To provide you with an estimate and begin the measurement and fitting process, we need the following details:

  1. Photos of the Area

    • Please attach clear photos of your staircase. These are essential for us to provide an estimate.

  2. Approximate Lengths

    • Provide rough length measurements for each section of your staircase if possible (otherwise we can guess from photo’s).

  3. Section Descriptions

    • Include a brief description of each section (e.g., stair section, landing, etc) if possible.

  4. Refurbishment Type

    We offer various staircase refurbishment options, such as:

    • Glass panels on clamps with existing newel posts and handrails.
    • New oak handrails and baserails with glass panels in grooves or clamps.
    • Replacing newel posts with softwood or oak.
    • Stainless steel handrails and newel posts.
    • Frameless glass, side-mounted or between posts.

Step 1: Initial Estimate

The first stage is for us to provide you with an initial estimate. Please give us a ring or use the form on our contact page to send over details of your project. (usually 1-2 days)

Step 2:
Survey

If the initial estimate is satisfactory, we will then arrange a survey to finalise the design and layout, and take the final detailed measurements. (usually 1-2 weeks)

Step 3: Final quote

Following our survey visit we will update your estimate with the final dimensions and design choices, we will then send over your final quote. (usually next day)

Step 4: Installation

When your order is ready and checked we will arrange a convenient time for our in-house installers to return and carry out the installation. (usually 3-6 weeks)
