FAQ’s

Do you measure and install?

Yes, we offer a full measure and installation service for many of our products, including taking templates if required. (Please note we only measure work that we are also installing)

Do you provide glass on a supply only basis?

Yes if you can provide sizes/drawings/templates we can supply glass for you to install.

Do you charge for surveys and quotations?

No, all surveys and quotations are free of charge unless agreed otherwise beforehand.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes we have a showroom which you are welcome to visit to discuss your project and look at samples etc. For opening hours please see our contact page.

Which areas do you cover?

We usually cover most of the Southwest for supply and installation work, we may also be able to cover other areas depending on the project. Please get in touch for more details.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We can deliver to all of the surrounding areas, we can also ship glass/parts to any mainland UK address. Please contact for more information.

Can you provide actual glass samples?

Yes, we have our standard range of coloured glass samples in stock, or we can have bespoke samples made in any colour. Samples of other glass types can be arranged.

What colours are available for coloured glass?

We can supply glass to match most paint brands, we just require the name/code/brand. We can also have the colour matched to a physical sample if required. Metallic colours and added sparkle are also available. We recommend requesting a colour sample before design of your glass if the colour accuracy is crucial.

What digital images are available for printed pieces?

We can use your own digital image (providing it is of sufficient quality, usually 300dpi). Or choose a stock image from sites such as www.shutterstock.com, which we can then supply. The image can span one or more pieces of glass.

How does payment work?

We require a 50% deposit for all supply and install orders, this needs to be paid before the design of any glass begins, with the balance being due on successful completion or collection. For supply only orders we usually take full payment before design (unless agreed otherwise).

What are the lead times for installation and delivery?

For supply and fit the lead time is 3-5 weeks (from survey/payment to install) for coloured glass, and approx. 3-6 weeks (from survey/payment to install) printed glass. For all other services such as showers and balustrades, lead times will be given on a job by job basis.
