How it Works

Initial Visit

One of our experienced team will come to your premises and discuss your requirements and show you suggest what will look and work best for your project.

Quote

Following our visit we will prepare a quote with any options shown, this will then be sent to you for approval.

Parts Order/manufacture

Once the design and quote have been accepted and the deposit payment received, your bespoke glass will be put into production to the agreed specification. Thanks to our design software we are able to accommodate holes and cut-outs and angled edges, ensuring that the finished glass fits perfectly. Our office team will now be in a position to offer you an installation date that is convenient.

Installation

Our installation team will return with the custom made glass and any related hardware and carry out the installation. We will keep in mind that we are working in your home and ensure that we take the utmost care to not damage any part of your property.

Aftercare

All Clearly Glass staircases come with a guarantee, ask our staff your dedicated account manager about further details regarding aftercare and guarantees.
